HELENA Lamp

The HELENA Lamp is a reproduction of the table lamp created in 2004 by Anemone Schneck-Steidl in collaboration with her son Gabriel Schneck. The central element is a female torso consisting only of a silk robe that is illuminated from the bottom. Around 10 different torso models of the HELENA Lamp were created, but only just over half of them have survived over the years. The original HELENA Lamp is fitted in an acrylic glass cylinder.

In 2022, Gabriel Schneck began to digitize the original torsos using modern scanning techniques to enable a scaled reproduction.
The base consists of a synthetic base resembling stone. The torso itself is made of a translucent material and is produced using a specially adapted 3D printing process.
Each lamp is unique, as there are always small deviations and tolerances.
The HELENA Lamp is handmade at Atelier Technik und Design in Munich.
